Garage Patio Overhang - Bayport

We gave this garage a serious face lift. These customers wanted a nice patio with an overhang to enjoy in the warmer months. So we did just that. By stripping all the asbestos siding off and getting the garage down to the sheathing, we used fresh Tyvek home wrap and 1/2" foam and hung brand new premium vinyl siding, with PVC trim all around to withstand the test of time. The new patio was done with engineered rafters to support the long span of the new overhang, along with a rolled roof system on top to give the customers the option to add solar panels in the future.
